Who We Are

WildStarr Productions was founded in 2010 by singer, producer, actor, and dancer Marty Tierney of Boston, MA. He began writing and producing music at Boston’s premier high school for the visual and performing arts Boston Arts Academy. Marty originally wanted to be a full time actor on stage and screen, but the love and passion for music developed once he was accepted into the high school’s music program for voice. Once a few songs were published on his Youtube Channel, he needed a name for the record label. And at that point, he conceived WildStarr.

The name WildStarr derives from the young, fresh, “reckless” personality of the teen spirit with the ambition to go on the guilt-free journey that is life. Not being afraid to take risks and enter the “jungle” of the unknown. And yes, we produce STARRS! (The extra ‘R’ is just for fun!)

While in college at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, Marty developed a new love for event planning and concert production, while still managing to publish new music. Since then, acting auditions have been put on hold, but WildStarr has been nurtured into a full-blown production and event company that houses 3 prime areas: Music & Concerts, Special Events/Weddings, and Talent Management.

WildStarr Productions Event Planning & Music Production is a full-scale event planning and production company that executes your vision from scratch, and brings your fantasy to life. We have no limits from a smaller business meeting to a Cirque du Soleil themed wedding! We do it all! Regardless of how involved you want us to be in your special day, we are happy to turn your party into a production. We love going up, up, and away! Even all the way into outer space, but that’s your call!

We also launch and manage artists from the initial audition right into completing bootcamp and training. From there, young Starrs then move on to the recording and stage presence etiquette process. We aim to inspire by teaching young Starrs how to build and manage their own brand once they are in the real world. Whether they decide to stay with WildStarr for another 10 years, or branch out, our goal is to give young (or more mature, we don’t discriminate!) artists the correct tools to be able to maintain their brand vision once the baton is passed. This final stage of the program is called the official ‘Launch’, including but not limited to social media marketing, rights to published contact, continuing their education, partnering with other businesses, and so forth.
