Imagine your wedding day: You arrive at the castle in the royal carriage drawn by white horses, Your footman helps you step down and your maid-of-honor fluffs your train as you make your way through the arches embedded with white roses and cherry blossoms filled with the scent of early summer, and all of your friends and family are patiently awaiting your arrival inside the chapel, with your Prince Charming standing at the alter waiting to marry the princess! (What a story, right??) We all know the age-old fairytale of the princess locked in the tower and the Prince Charming rides up on his valiant steed, slays the dragon, and marries the girl. Bring Your Vision to Life
We can definitely accommodate castles and white horses, but let’s say you’re saving that for your dream home and happy ending. Would you still like to get married in a castle? On a farm? In the garden? Underwater? In the city? The options are endless! We just ask that you have a rough idea of the setting and style you want us to build your wedding around. We are prepared to deliver upon any requests asked and can go as simple or over-the-top as needed! Extravagant? You got it! You already chose a venue? No problem! Decisions, decisions…
One of the most important factors in planning your wedding, is the guest list! How many people do you plan on having at your wedding? Let’s say the ceremony can only seat 200 people, but the ballroom can fit up to 500. While that’s not necessarily a deal-breaker, we want to make sure that we have options as far as being able to host and comfortably seat all of your guests. Does the venue allow us to bring in extra seating? Maybe you want to have the ceremony somewhere else and relocate to the reception? Do we want to provide transportation for our guests? These are just some of the things to think about when planning your guest list! Even though you will end up rearranging your seating chart many times (or we can do that for you!), just know that we will do our best to make sure all of your prioritized guests have a seat and a great view at all times! Don’t forget to RSVP!
Fall in Love All Over Again
Now that you have chosen a location and (somewhat) finalized your guest list, it’s time to bring together all of the elements of our planning to ensure that you have plenty of time to hang with your guests and take it all in. After months of debating on a color pallet, linens, china, drinkware, etc, the big day is finally here! Let us worry about the decorating and making sure everyone is in their seat before we get started. With professional entertainers on standby, our process is designed to give you the utmost involvement and least amount of stress as possible. We cannot guarantee that you won’t end up making last minute changes due to a last minute RSVP, but it will be our job to accommodate! As the final moments of being two individuals come to a close, we will be busy spritzing the flowers and clearing the aisle, while our inside team is polishing the silver and sweeping the dance floor.
